A Comfortable, Yet Refined Interior

The Challenge

My client had purchased a new construction home and wanted to add some personality to the interior. Her goal was to design a space that was family friendly, yet sophisticated.

The Solution

Together, we selected an overall color palette that was deliberate, balanced, and varied from one room to the next. I helped select design elements including finishes, and furnishings for the kitchen, family room, dining room, and bathrooms. These elements included a stylish mixed pattern of natural stone and porcelain accent tile for the kitchen backsplash, painted cabinets, and new transitional furniture pieces to compliment acquired family antiques. Everything came together to create a cohesive, elegant environment that the client was happy to call home.
